If you cannot find your receipt, don't worry, we may still be able to help you.
If you bought our product from the tech21.com website, try to find the original order number or invoice that we would have emailed you. If you can't find those emails, contact us and we may be able to find the order based on your name and/or email address.
If you bought the product from one of our recognised authorised partners but can't find the receipt, we would also accept a copy of your bank statement listing the transaction.
Once you have all the information you need, please submit a Returns request.
