We aim to process and ship your order within 24 working hours of it being received. How long it will take to arrive depends on the destination address but we would normally expect to deliver your item within 2-3 days if you live in the US or UK. For European destinations allow 2-4 days.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number with a link to track it. Please check this in the first instance.
If your order has arrived but it’s missing a product or two, please be assured these items will be shipped out to you separately once the stock becomes available. You will get a new dispatch email, with a new tracking number when the package is on its way to you.
If there is no tracking update or it's taken longer than expected to arrive, please contact us with your order enquiry request and we will find out what's happened.
